This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants meaningful ownership from day one.### What You'll Do* Design, build, and ship features across the full stack using Python and React.* Develop backend services, data pipelines, and intuitive frontend experiences.* Build internal and customer-facing tools used daily by industry professionals.* Partner closely with the founders to shape product direction and technical strategy.* Write clean, maintainable code while moving quickly and iterating based on customer feedback.* Take ownership of projects that directly impact customer growth and revenue.### What We're Looking For* 1+ years of professional software engineering experience.* Strong experience with Python and React.* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.* Excited by the opportunity to build in an early-stage startup with significant ownership.* Comfortable wearing multiple hats and solving problems with limited direction.* Passion for shipping quickly and continuously improving products.### Bonus Qualifications* Experience building data-driven applications or working with web scraping and APIs.* Familiarity with CRM platforms or commercial real estate technology.* Interest in AI-powered products or generative AI.* Previous startup or founder experience.### Interview Process1.
