- 6 to 12 years developing high-performance, reliable, full-stack applications in production.
- Expert hands-on experience with TypeScript and React (or similar), including modern patterns such as hooks, server components, and SSR.
- Expert hands-on experience with at least one backend language and framework (Node/Express, Python/FastAPI, Java/Kotlin/Spring Boot, or .NET).
- Deep experience with Kubernetes architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) at production scale.
- Experience supporting production distributed systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response.
