Requirements
- Significant commercial experience developing modern .NET applications
- Strong front-end experience with Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems and microservices
- A passion for writing clean, maintainable, high-quality code
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Architecture
- Previous experience leading or mentoring software engineers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Full Stack Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing engineering culture
- Remain hands‑on across both backend and frontend development, contributing to the design and delivery of new features
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET
- Build modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Drive frontend best practices, ensuring applications are performant, accessible, and maintainable
- Design and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs
- Champion Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and modern software engineering practices across the team
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentoring, and support engineers with architectural and coding challenges
- Work closely with senior leadership to influence technical strategy, product direction, and engineering standards
- Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across the full technology stack
- Help shape the engineering roadmap while contributing to the companys continued growth and technical maturity
