The Role
We're hiring a motivated Full Stack Engineer to design, build and maintain both the front-end and back-end of our AI-driven products.
This is not a role where you'll be buried under layers of management or stuck fixing minor bugs for a year. You'll ship production code, own real projects, and work directly alongside senior engineers from day one.
What You'll Be Working On
- Building full-stack products with React, TypeScript, shadcn and Next.js on the front end, and Python powering the backend and AI systems
- Powering live AI that processes messaging, voice and call-log data in real time, at serious scale
- Shipping production features end-to-end
- Working across multiple live client environments
- Solving real operational problems with AI
- Taking ownership of projects far earlier than most engineers get the chance to
What We're Looking For
- Strong full-stack skills across a modern front end (React, TypeScript, Next.js) and a Python backend
- A strong academic background (top Russell Group or equivalent)
- A genuine interest in AI and emerging technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- An independent mindset and a strong sense of ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience with real-time systems or high-throughput data processing
- Experience with AI or machine learning applications
- A bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
