A rapidly growing global investment firm is looking for a
Full Stack Developer (Python/React)
to become the first APAC-based engineer dedicated to its
Finance Technology
function. Working closely with business stakeholders across Hong Kong and Singapore, you'll own the design and delivery of tools that support finance, reporting, operational workflows and business decision‑making.
This is a role with genuine autonomy. You'll have the freedom to identify opportunities, build new capabilities and become the go-to engineering partner for Finance across APAC.
What you’ll be building:
Full stack applications using
Python and React
Internal platforms supporting
Finance, P&L reporting, ledgers and operational dashboards APIs and backend services
powering business‑critical workflows
Data‑driven applications leveraging Snowflake, SQL and cloud technologies
End‑to‑end solutions that improve visibility, automation and decision‑making across the business
We're looking for engineers who have:
Up to 6 years
of experience building full stack applications with Python and React
Experience developing tools for Finance functions such as P&L, accounting, reporting, treasury or operational platforms
Strong API development and database experience (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar)
Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering directly with business stakeholders
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver projects independently
Experience with technologies such as
Snowflake, AWS RDS, Dash, cloud platforms or AI/LLM tooling
would be highly advantageous.
