Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and hands-on technology professionals with strong expertise across application development, data architecture, infrastructure, and solution delivery .
The ideal candidates should be capable of designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while working in fast-paced, high-impact environments, with a solid understanding of the insurance domain .
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support applications using .NET / .NET Core and Python
- Define scalable and robust application architectures
- Lead development of modern data platforms (relational, NoSQL, data lakes, streaming pipelines)
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions
- Support cloud and on-prem infrastructure design (Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, containers)
- Drive SDLC and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, code quality)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, data, engineering)
- Troubleshoot complex issues across application, data, and infrastructure layers
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, resilience, and security standards
- Align technology solutions with insurance business processes and requirements
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in full stack development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in:
- .NET / .NET Core
- Python
- Experience with:
- Relational & NoSQL databases
- Data modeling (star schemas, dimensional modeling)
- Data lakes and streaming architectures
- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure cloud ecosystem
- Containers, Kubernetes / AKS
- Solid understanding of:
- SDLC, Agile, and DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, automation)
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of the insurance industry
Candidate Profile
- Strong engineering mindset with hands-on delivery experience
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience in enterprise-scale environments preferred
