Proficient in React, TypeScript, and Next. js App Router
Experience with tRPC or similar API layers and PostgreSQL
Strong responsive/mobile- first design with Tailwind CSS
Experience with shadcn/ui, Figma, or design systems collaboration
Testing experience with Vitest, Playwright, or equivalents.
Soft skills
Works autonomously without detailed specs or hand- holding
Growth mindset - identifies as full- stack, not narrowly specialized.
Miscellaneous
Based in London (preferred), SF, or Oslo with valid work authorization
Willing to travel to UK/Norway 3 4 days once per month
