Position: Lead Full-Stack Engineer
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Work Arrangement: 100% onsite, five days per week

Job Description:
The Lead Full-Stack Engineer will lead the design and development of scalable web applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack applications.
- Develop responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js.
- Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers.
- Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend services, databases, and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot application, performance, and production issues.
- Establish coding standards and follow security and quality best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support application releases and production deployments.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Extensive backend development experience using Python.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile development.
- Previous experience leading development teams or serving as a technical lead.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must be available to work onsite in Santa Clara five days per week.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or another cloud platform.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
- Experience working with enterprise, manufacturing, or semiconductor applications.
- Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and application-security standards.
