About Crisis24 AiiA, Powered by Palantir
Crisis24, a GardaWorld company, is widely regarded as a leading integrated risk management, crisis response, consulting, and global protective solutions firm, supporting some of the world’s most influential people, disruptive brands, and prominent organizations.
Crisis24 AiiA is Crisis24’s next-generation decision intelligence capability, developed in collaboration with Palantir and powered by Palantir Foundry. By combining Crisis24’s global risk intelligence and operational expertise with Foundry’s ontology-driven data integration and application layer, AiiA transforms complex internal and external data streams into operationally relevant insight that can be acted on by executives and operators alike.

At Crisis24, we go beyond traditional risk reporting-building technology-enabled workflows that help clients anticipate disruption, prioritize resources, and respond decisively in dynamic environments.
Who We Are Looking For
As an AiiA Full Stack Foundry Engineer, you will deploy AiiA capabilities powered by Palantir Foundry / AI Foundry to help clients anticipate and manage operational disruption, translating fragmented internal and external data signals into actionable operational workflows.
You will work closely with client operators and Crisis24 domain experts to model critical entities (e.g., assets, facilities, processes, events, incidents), implement data integrations, and build Foundry-native applications that support execution such as disruption monitoring, exception management, scenario exploration, and alert triage. Success in this role requires strong data engineering fundamentals, an ability to structure messy operational problems, and an ability to build zero-to-one toward production-grade delivery.
Location: Remote (USA) / Hybrid (as applicable)
Travel: Up to ~25% to client sites and operational locations, based on project needs
What You Will Work On
You will own end-to-end delivery for client-facing and operational initiatives, including:
• Embed with customer teams (operations, analytics, and core business functions) to identify mission-critical problems, define success metrics, and translate needs into scoped deliverables
• Design and build software solutions that integrate multi-source operational data (enterprise systems, APIs, event streams, sensor/IoT feeds) into trusted, actionable workflows
• Develop customer-facing applications and internal tools that support disruption monitoring, alerting, escalation, exception management, and post-incident analysis for operational events
• Implement analytics and decision support to help teams diagnose root causes and make tradeoffs (process reliability, resource performance, capacity constraints, prioritization, service-level targets)
• Partner with Intelligence experts and engineering to make architecture and design decisions that balance speed, reliability, security, and maintainability in always-on operational contexts
• Iterate quickly with end users - running tight feedback loops and shipping incremental value under real operational constraints, including peak periods and disruption events
• Produce clear documentation, runbooks, and handoffs; contribute reusable accelerators and delivery playbooks for implementations across multiple concurrent workstreams
What We Value
• Strong engineering fundamentals and a systems-thinking approach to complex, multi-entity operational environments
• Comfort working with messy operational data (master data, enterprise records, event streams) and building pragmatic integrations across systems and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate credibly with both technical teams and operations leadership
• High ownership and independence: you can drive work from ambiguous inputs to shipped outcomes with minimal supervision
• Sound judgment under time pressure, including tradeoffs across reliability, security, usability, and delivery velocity
• Interest in operational workflows, data integration, decision intelligence, and resilience/risk management
What You Will Bring
Required:
• 5+ years of relevant post-college engineering experience (or equivalent demonstrated capability)
• Demonstrated proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar)
• Experience building production software (backend services, APIs, data-intensive applications, and/or modern web applications)
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems and data sources (APIs, event streams, flat files) and reconciling inconsistent identifiers/master data
• Demonstrated experience developing on Palantir Foundry, including data integration, ontology modeling, and Foundry-native application development
• Willingness to travel up to ~25% as needed
Nice-to-have:
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or data pipelines
• Experience with enterprise platforms and data standards (e.g., ERP, CRM, operational data systems, and common integration formats and APIs)
• Experience building operational tooling (alerting, incident workflows, auditability, KPI reporting)
• Familiarity with operational risk, process optimization, workflow automation, or scenario planning
Information Security
Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
