We're working with an established technology organisation that's investing heavily in the evolution of its platform and engineering capabilities. As part of this transformation, they're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help shape architecture, deliver customer-facing products, and drive modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities
- Building and delivering features across the full technology stack
- Designing scalable APIs, backend services, and user-facing applications
- Working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to bring ideas to life
- Taking ownership of system reliability, observability, and production support
- Leading technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions
- Mentoring engineers and supporting technical growth across the team
- Contributing to platform modernisation and the migration of legacy systems
- Using modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality
Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience building and delivering production software
- Strong experience with React, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks
- Solid backend development capabilities with C#/.NET preferred (Java, Kotlin, Go or similar also considered)
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL
- Experience building and deploying applications within AWS environments
- CI/CD and modern software delivery experience
- Strong testing mindset and experience with automated testing
- Experience mentoring developers and influencing technical decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to have
- Experience with platform modernisation or migration programmes
- Knowledge of caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and responsive design principles
- Experience incorporating AI-assisted tooling into engineering workflows
