What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
- Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery;
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative development environment;
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies;
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Must haves
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, NodeJS, and MongoDB;
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks;
- Experience with performance optimization techniques;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude;
- Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a development team;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Experience in the insurance or risk management industry;
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools;
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
