Want to build software that genuinely makes a difference?
A leading international HealthTech company is looking for a strong Full Stack Software Engineer to join their fully remote engineering team. Their platform is used in over 95% of UK acute hospitals and helps clinicians make safer, faster, data-driven decisions that directly impact patient care.
This is not a “small feature factory” role. You’ll work across the full stack, influence architecture decisions, collaborate directly with end users, and ship meaningful features used in live hospital environments within weeks.

What you’ll be doing:
• Building modern clinical web applications end-to-end
• Designing scalable backend services and APIs
• Developing responsive React frontends
• Working closely with product teams and clinical users
• Contributing to architecture and technical direction
• Improving performance, scalability, testing, and maintainability
• Solving real-world engineering challenges in a highly impactful environment
What they’re looking for:
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong PHP / Laravel experience
• Solid React and TypeScript skills
• Experience building production-grade web applications
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and API design
• CI/CD and Git workflow experience
• Engineers who enjoy ownership, autonomy, and solving meaningful problems
Bonus points for:
• Azure or cloud platform experience
• Healthcare or regulated industry exposure
• HL7 / FHIR integrations
• Tailwind CSS
• Performance optimisation and scalable systems experience
