We are building a B2B SaaS platform that transforms unstructured data into actionable intelligence. Backed by a top‑tier VC, we have already deployed our product with several market leaders. Our highly technical team (1 ex‑GAFAM CTO + 2 Seniors) is looking for its next "builder" to accelerate development.
Role
- Full‑Stack Development (Python – FastAPI / Litestar, Node.js & TypeScript, Vue.js, PostgreSQL)
- AI agent optimisation (RAG, tool calling, structured outputs)
- Setting up testing environments to ensure data accuracy
- End‑to‑end feature ownership from database modelling to production deployment
Profile
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a startup environment
- Excellent technical level, especially on the backend
- Integration of LLMs into a real product (not just a POC)
- Fluent English mandatory (international team)
- Bonus: PhD or deep technical experience in data extraction
Benefits
- Compensation: €70K to €100K base + Equity (0.1% to 0.2% BSPCE)
- Remote work: 1 day per week in the Paris office, or 1 day per month if based further away

Recruitment Process
- Initial screening call with the Recruitment Manager
- Working session with the CTO
- Short technical test (based on the previous session)
- Final fit interview with the CEO
Contract
- Type: CDI
- Working hours: 40 h per week, daytime
- Salaire brut : Annuel €70 000 à €100 000 sur 12 mois
- Additional: Equity, participation, transport reimbursement, meal vouchers
