Support Treasury technology initiatives for wire transfer processing and global bank account management
Refactor and redesign critical systems while maintaining stability and uptime for Treasury operations
Ensure accuracy, compliance and operational reliability in all developed applications
Lead system design across microservices, database modeling and API design
Architect solutions for resiliency, compliance and auditability in Treasury/payment platforms
Collaborate with integral teams and participate in code reviews and peer learning
Commit to test automation, including robust unit and manual integration testing
Work within agile teams on complex, high‑stakes applications
Guide refactoring and redesign initiatives on critical financial systems
Requirements
3+ years’ experience with Python, FastAPI and React
Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL and basic data analysis
Proficiency in Docker
Knowledge of test automation, robust unit and manual integration testing
Experience working in agile teams on complex, high‑stakes applications
Collaborative mindset with commitment to code reviews and peer learning
Comfort working with global teams
Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with AWS services including S3 buckets, Lambda, AWS AKS and CloudWatch
Nice to Have
Experience with GitHub Actions, Jira integration and DevOps best practices
Background in payment networks, SWIFT/ACH processing or Treasury systems integration
Prior exposure to financial services or Treasury operations with domain knowledge in payments, wire transfers, account reconciliations and cash management
