- Support Treasury technology initiatives for wire transfer processing and global bank account management
- Refactor and redesign critical systems while maintaining stability and uptime for Treasury operations
- Ensure accuracy, compliance and operational reliability in all developed applications
- Lead system design across microservices, database modeling and API design
- Architect solutions for resiliency, compliance and auditability in Treasury/payment platforms
- Collaborate with integral teams and participate in code reviews and peer learning
- Commit to test automation, including robust unit and manual integration testing
- Work within agile teams on complex, high‑stakes applications
- Guide refactoring and redesign initiatives on critical financial systems
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience with Python, FastAPI and React
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL and basic data analysis
- Proficiency in Docker
- Knowledge of test automation, robust unit and manual integration testing
- Experience working in agile teams on complex, high‑stakes applications
- Collaborative mindset with commitment to code reviews and peer learning
- Comfort working with global teams
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with AWS services including S3 buckets, Lambda, AWS AKS and CloudWatch
Nice to Have
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Jira integration and DevOps best practices
- Background in payment networks, SWIFT/ACH processing or Treasury systems integration
- Prior exposure to financial services or Treasury operations with domain knowledge in payments, wire transfers, account reconciliations and cash management
