Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience to design, build, and scale modern web applications. This role is a hybrid of high-level engineering and delivery leadership, ideal for a senior developer ready to lead small teams and own the product lifecycle.
Technical Requirements
- Backend: FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js.
- Frontend: React.js and modern UI/UX practices.
- Data: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server (NoSQL is a plus).
- DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Architecture: REST APIs, Microservices, and Auth/Authz mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Design, implement, and support scalable backend services and reusable frontend components.
- Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, effort estimation, and mentor a small team of engineers.
- Cloud & DevOps: Manage build/release processes and containerized deployments.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and QA to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI (LangChain, RAG, LLMs).gcf? no g>li>
- Background in data-intensive or analytics-driven applications.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.
