ARKA INNOVATE is hiring on behalf of our client for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with experience in Python, GCP, ReactJS, AI Agent.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ReactJS, and backend development, along with hands‑on experience in building and integrating AI Agent‑based applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering intelligent, scalable, and production‑ready enterprise solutions leveraging modern AI frameworks and cloud‑native architectures.
Responsibilities- Design and develop end-to-end full stack applications across frontend (ReactJS) and backend systems
- Build and integrate AI agents and agent‑based workflows for intelligent automation and decision‑making
- Develop, manage, and optimize APIs, databases, and cloud‑native services on GCP
- Work with AI‑assisted development tools and coding agents to improve development efficiency
- Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including cloud, data, and AI/ML teams
- Implement best practices in system design, code quality, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the full stack
- Contribute to architecture decisions for AI‑driven and cloud‑native systems
Qualifications & Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in full stack development
Strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar)
Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – mandatory, including deployment and cloud services
Experience in API development, database integration, and cloud‑native architecture
Solid understanding of AI Agent frameworks and agent‑based system design
Experience working with coding agents / AI‑assisted development tools
Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation), or Generative AI systems
Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration tools
Experience integrating with enterprise systems and distributed architectures
