Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python, ReactJS)

We are looking for a meticulous Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and develop an innovative AI-powered document ingestion and extraction engine. You will play a key role in creating robust Python APIs, building polished React interfaces, and integrating cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance the document ingestion and extraction engine
- Develop scalable APIs and optimize data processing workflows
- Create polished user interfaces for seamless data interaction
- Integrate AI-powered features using next-gen LLM technology
- Design efficient data transformation pipelines
- Collaborate on system architecture and technical decisions
- Write comprehensive tests and documentation
- Utilize AI coding tools to streamline development
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in Python, modern frameworks, and FastAPI for robust backend development
- RESTful API design skills with thorough documentation
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and UI libraries like ShadCN and Tailwind CSS
- Ability to translate Figma designs into production-ready interfaces
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, or similar services
- Skills in prompt engineering, RAG systems, and AI pipeline optimization
- Strong cloud deployment skills; building CI/CD pipelines
- Database design and optimization expertise
- Knowledge of clean code principles and test-driven development
- Familiarity with monorepo development and modern build tools like Vite
- Passion for creating maintainable, well-documented code
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2 level
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Anthropic Claude and LangChain frameworks
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure
