Lead Full-Stack Engineer (Python/ReactJS/aws) in Genai

We are looking for a talented Lead Full-Stack Engineer to join our Advanced Technology Engineering team, spearheading the development of GenAI-driven solutions within our product ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for GenAI integration into products
- Develop and maintain robust APIs and backend services using Python
- Build dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces with ReactJS
- Optimize performance and resolve complex technical challenges
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and follow development best practices
- Influence architectural decisions for GenAI implementations
- Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to maintain coding quality
- Adapt effectively to a fully remote, globally distributed work model
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of expertise in full-stack development using Python and ReactJS
- Knowledge of Docker, containerization, and deployment pipelines
- Background in algorithms and data structures with practical understanding of time complexity
- Skills in solving medium-level coding challenges on platforms such as LeetCode
- Solid understanding of debugging techniques and problem resolution strategies
- Familiarity with GenAI concepts and their relevance in product development

- Proficiency in AWS Cloud services
- Understanding of LangChain for project integration
- Flexibility to use ChatGPT in development scenarios
