Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python, ReactJS)
We are searching for an experienced and results-driven Lead Full Stack Engineer to spearhead the development of our innovative AI-powered document ingestion and extraction engine. As a technical leader, you will guide the team in creating scalable Python APIs, refining polished React interfaces, and integrating advanced AI/ML technologies to deliver groundbreaking user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the evolution and scaling of the document ingestion and extraction engine
- Drive the design of highly scalable APIs and data workflows
- Lead the development of intuitive user interfaces for seamless data interaction
- Strategically implement AI-powered features using next-gen LLMs
- Architect sophisticated data transformation pipelines and processes
- Provide thought leadership on system architecture and oversee key technical decisions
- Ensure quality through mentoring, code reviews, and enforcing testing best practices
- Leverage state-of-the-art AI coding tools to accelerate development processes
Requirements :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
- 1+ years of leadership experience in relevant roles
- Proven expertise in Python, advanced frameworks, and FastAPI for scalable backend development
- Strong experience with RESTful API design and detailed documentation practices
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and UI libraries like ShadCN and Tailwind CSS
- Ability to translate complex Figma designs into high-quality production interfaces
- In-depth knowledge of OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, or related services
- Hands-on experience in prompt engineering, RAG systems, and AI optimization strategies
- Comprehensive cloud deployment expertise and mastery of CI/CD pipelines
- Advanced database design, optimization, and data modeling skills
- Deep understanding of clean code principles and test-driven development methodologies
- Expertise in monorepo development and modern build tools such as Vite
- Commitment to delivering maintainable, well-architected, and thoroughly documented code
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a professional command of English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Expertise with Anthropic Claude, LangChain, or similar frameworks
- Proven experience in managing projects within the Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystem
