Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in
React, Node.js, and JavaScript to build and enhance enterprise-scale web applications supporting digital commerce initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent coding fundamentals, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
- Develop responsive and high-performance frontend components using React.
- Design and develop robust backend APIs and services using Node.js.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Follow software engineering best practices, version control standards, and Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Full Stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js.
- Excellent JavaScript fundamentals.
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing scalable frontend and backend applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently lead technical discussions with business stakeholders.
- Ability to support PST business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Python experience.
- eCommerce or retail platform experience.
- Payment systems integration experience.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
