Full Stack Engineer (React, Spring Boot)- Hybrid Madrid (Comunidad De Madrid)

Role Overview
A Full Stack Software Engineer focused on Frontend development (React + TypeScript), while also working on the backend with Java and Spring Boot.
Main Tasks and Accountabilities
Work as part of a cross‑functional, agile team in a DevOps‑centric model.
Design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor applications end‑to‑end.
Actively participate in pull request reviews and promote code quality.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand functional needs.
Participate in planning, refinement, and feature design sessions.
Work with Solution Architects to ensure alignment with the client’s architectural vision.
Contribute to Software Engineering communities, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code aligned with internal standards and guidelines.
Technical Expectations
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and React Hooks.
Solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Experience with RESTful services and service‑oriented architectures.
Good understanding of SQL (Oracle).
Familiarity with Kafka and Avro for streaming.
Experience working with Kubernetes (PKS) and virtual machines.
Knowledge of OpenAPI and UML.
Strong focus on best practices, clean code, and maintainability.
Experience with TDD/BDD and automated testing.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
Work Location
Hybrid position in Madrid: three days at the client’s office (Sol area, next to the underground) and the remainder remote.
Work Schedule
Business hours (40 hours weekly with a one‑hour lunch break).
