About The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to work on reverse supply chain processes, including trade-ins, recycling, repairs, and returns. The role involves maintaining and enhancing an existing Rails 6/7 application focused on electronic recyclables, covering inventory, scheduling, transportation, management, and processing.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and components using Ruby on Rails.
- Build and integrate APIs with 3rd party companies and internal applications.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, response time, and capacity issues.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Perform both front-end (GUI) and back-end development tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails development
- Strong expertise in API design and integration (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, JQuery).
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools (CircleCI, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (RSpec, MiniTest).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
- Advanced English.
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with Go development.
- AWS knowledge and hands-on cloud experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize performance and scalability.
