Title: Full Stack Engineer_ Java+ AWS (12-15+ years)
Client: Publicis Sapient - (Financial firm/Asset Management firm)
Rate: $60/hr. on W2 (Negotiable)
Visa : USC, GC, GC-EAD & H4-EAD (Must be within 50-60 miles)
Duration : 6+ Months
Location: Onsite in Boston ( 4 days/week Onsite in Boston)
Interview Process: 1-2 internal video interviews & 1 client
- 12 15+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Strong Java development experience (Top Requirement)
- 5+ years of recent AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.)
- Full-stack development experience with React (not a heavy UI role, but React experience is required)
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js and/or Python
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Hands-on cloud-native application development and deployment on AWS
- SQL and/or NoSQL database experience
- CI/CD and modern deployment practices
- Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently
Industry Experience:
- No expectations on industry experience, but Asset Management or Financial Services is nice to have

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and support scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. In this role, you'll work across the full development lifecycle-owning features end to end and collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
You're Impact
- Design and develop responsive, user-facing applications using React
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python
- Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions on AWS
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with React (hooks, state management, component-based architecture)
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and/or Python
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
- Experience with Git-based version control workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
- Experience with serverless architectures
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments
