Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer on behalf of our client in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for an experienced software professional with strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and modern full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications, developing RESTful APIs, and working with modern front-end technologies in an Agile environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact enterprise projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java/J2EE-based full-stack applications.

• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, Spring Data, and JPA.

• Develop and enhance application features using Java and Golang where applicable.

• Apply object-oriented programming principles, software design patterns, and industry best practices.

• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React and TypeScript.

• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams throughout sprint planning, development, testing, and code reviews.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of overall software development experience.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Java/J2EE applications.

• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and JPA.

• Hands-on experience with Golang.

• Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and software design principles.

• Experience implementing design patterns and coding best practices.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA.

• Exposure to modern development tools, frameworks, and technologies.
