We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, React, AWS, and modern cloud-native technologies to join a high-performing team supporting enterprise trading and portfolio management applications. This is an excellent opportunity to work on scalable, mission-critical solutions in a fast-paced Capital Markets environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java and React.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, operations teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services and modern microservices architecture.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design solutions that improve scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
- Build and manage workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow.
- Write optimized SQL queries for data processing and reporting.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Provide knowledge transfer through technical walkthroughs and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- React
- Node.js
- SQL
- Terraform
- Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services including:
- Amazon S3
- EC2
- EKS
- Redshift
- CloudWatch
- Step Functions
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
- Knowledge of Trading or Portfolio Management platforms and workflows.
