We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer who can contribute across backend, frontend, database, DevOps, and production support functions while helping drive modernization initiatives across enterprise applications.

Role Overview

• The Senior Full Stack Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade web applications used across global business operations.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot backend development, Oracle database programming, modern frontend technologies (Angular/React), REST API integration, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, and secure software development practices.
• The role requires hands-on technical leadership, mentoring capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications.
• Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and accessible web interfaces using Angular and/or React.
• Implement reusable frontend components and shared UI libraries.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful backend services.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and Business/QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.

Backend Development

• Design and develop REST APIs and microservices using:
  • Java 8/11/17+
  • Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate
  • Jasper Reports
  • ZPL II
• Implement business logic with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Build secure APIs following enterprise security standards.
• Write unit and integration tests.

Frontend Development

• Develop modern web applications using:
  • Angular, React.js, TypeScript
  • JavaScript (ES6+)
  • HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI / Angular Material
• Implement responsive designs compatible across browsers and devices.
• Develop dashboards, forms, data grids, and reporting interfaces.
• Handle state management and API integration.
• Optimize frontend performance and user experience.
• Ensure secure client-side development practices.

API Integration & Connectivity

• Develop seamless connectivity between frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Consume and expose RESTful APIs.
• Design request/response contracts and API documentation.
• Handle authentication, authorization, and secure data exchange.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across application layers.
• Work with JSON, XML, and third-party integrations.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Contribute to GitLab-based CI/CD implementation.
• Create Docker images and support containerized deployments.
• Manage environment-specific configurations.
• Support release and deployment activities.

Containerization & Deployment

• Develop and maintain Dockerized applications.
• Create multi-stage Docker builds.
• Support deployments in on-premises environments.
• Configure application health checks and monitoring.
• Manage certificates, secrets, and environment variables securely.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams for deployment readiness.

Security & Compliance

• Perform code reviews focusing on security and performance.
• Address vulnerabilities identified through scanning tools.
• Protect applications against:
  • SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, SSRF
  • Authentication and Authorization flaws
• Ensure proper handling of secrets and sensitive information.

Production Support & Operations Skills

• Participate in production deployments and release activities.
• Provide application support and maintenance, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, databases, and system integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid issues.

• Experience supporting production systems in enterprise environments.
