Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications supporting document management and content processing workflows Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
Integrate applications with enterprise document management platforms and external systems
Develop and maintain:
- Document ingestion workflows
- Metadata management capabilities Document retrieval and search services
- Customer-facing document access solutions
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance and production issues Support CI/CD automation and DevOps practices
- Contribute to system modernization and cloud adoption initiatives

6+ years of strong hands-on experience with:
- Java (Java 8/11/17+)
- Spring Boot

- Distributed systems and asynchronous processing
- Strong understanding of:
- Object-oriented programming
- Design patterns
- Secure application development
- Frontend Development
- 6+ years of strong experience with modern frontend technologies such as:
- Angular
- React
- JavaScript / TypeScript
6+ years of experience building:
- Responsive web applications
- Enterprise UI components
- Understanding of:
- State management
- API integration
- Frontend performance optimization
- Database & Integration Skills
- Strong SQL and database skills:
- Oracle
- SQL Server
- PostgreSQL
- DB2
6+ years of experience integrating with:
- APIs
- External enterprise systems
- Authentication and authorization services
- DevOps & Engineering Practices
- Experience with:
- Git and version control
- CI/CD pipelines
- Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab

Desired Skills:
- Experience working with enterprise document management / ECM platforms such as: OpenText, IBM File Net, Hyland OnBase, AEM or Sharepoint
- Familiarity with Document ingestion and retrieval, metadata management, search and indexing and document management lifecycle
