We are seeking an experienced Lead Full-Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop top-tier software solutions using Java, Angular, and Spring
- Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Debug and resolve complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers
- Engage actively in Agile ceremonies
- Utilize software version control with tools like GitHub
- Enhance workflow through CI/CD pipelines
- Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Continually enhance and optimize code and systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficiency in Java, Angular, and Spring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Robust problem-solving abilities and debugging capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Effective collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills for clear conveyance of technical concepts
- Experience with software version control systems such as GitHub
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines in software development
- Eagerness to adopt new technologies and methodologies
