Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to craft scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. This role involves designing and developing robust back-end services with Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate, alongside creating engaging front-end interfaces using modern technologies. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and enterprise resilience, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable systems.
Software Requirements
Java (latest LTS version, e.g., Java 17 or 11) — strong experience supporting scalable, enterprise-grade applications
Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring MVC — extensive knowledge for microservices and backend architecture support
Hibernate — experience in ORM data access supporting complex transaction management
Front-end technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 — for building responsive, user-friendly web interfaces supporting enterprise standards
Version control: Git, GitHub — managing source code, supporting collaboration, and code integrity
Build automation: Maven, Gradle support for streamlined build processes
Front-end frameworks: Angular 20, React.js, or Vue.js support for UI enhancements (preferred)
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP supporting cloud-native deployment and scalability (preferred)
API management & integration: REST, GraphQL, supporting distributed system communication and data sharing
Overall Responsibilities
Lead the development of scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise applications based on Java and modern front-end frameworks
Collaborate across teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions, supporting microservices and API-driven architectures
Design, develop, test, and optimize back-end services supporting high transaction volumes and operational workflows
Create and maintain user interfaces supporting usability, responsiveness, and security standards
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers for code quality and technical excellence
Support continuous integration, deployment, and infrastructure automation supporting agile delivery cycles
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance and security improvements
Maintain comprehensive documentation supporting architecture, API specifications, and operational procedures

Experience Requirements
5-7 years of experience developing and supporting full-stack enterprise applications using Java-based frameworks
Proven expertise in building scalable, high-availability microservices and RESTful APIs supporting business operations
Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks supporting enterprise UI development (Angular 20, React.js, or Vue.js preferred)
Familiarity with cloud deployment, containerization, and CI/CD processes supporting enterprise operational standards
Prior experience working in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, or enterprise) supporting compliance and security standards (preferred)
Day-to-Day Activities
Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable full-stack applications supporting enterprise workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop APIs, and implement front-end and back-end features
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments supporting high-quality deliverables
Support automation of deployment pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure provisioning
Troubleshoot production, system, and security incidents to ensure high system availability and security
Maintain detailed documentation supporting architecture, deployment procedures, security controls, and operational workflows
Support system upgrades, cloud migrations, and infrastructure support activities in line with operational SLAs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5-7 years supporting full-stack enterprise applications built using Java frameworks and modern front-end technologies
Certifications supporting Java, cloud platforms, or security best practices are advantageous (preferred)
Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions supporting enterprise growth and regulatory compliance
