Overview: Seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with extensive expertise in micro-services architecture to lead the design and implementation of enterprise solutions. This role partners with multiple development and management teams to deliver scalable architectural solutions, resolve complex business and technical challenges, and establish development standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise across Java-based technologies, cloud-native microservices, databases, front-end frameworks, and CI/CD practices. The position requires the ability to guide distributed teams, develop proof-of-concept solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture while driving innovation and business objectives.
Job Duties:
- Create implementation designs (micro-services architecture) to solve in-house business and technical challenges
- Coordinate and guide multiple development teams (onshore and offshore) toward the implementation of proposed solutions and designs
- Develop proof of concept for proposed designs and solutions
- Build pioneering and standard architectural solutions to serve as templates for the platform
- Resolve a variety of high-impact problems and projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
- Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
- Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how architecture, infrastructure, and other business areas integrate to accomplish business goals
- Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate end-to-end integration of functionalities
- Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
