Senior Full Stack Java Developer – Spring Boot & Microservices

Required Technical Skills

• Java / Spring or similar enterprise application frameworks
• API and Integration Services
• Oracle, MS SQL, and/or DB2 Databases
• Enterprise batch and scheduling tools such as Autosys
• CI/CD Pipelines and YAML-based Deployment Configuration
• Source control tools such as GitHub and/or Bitbucket
• Monitoring and logging platforms such as Dynatrace and Splunk
• Secrets management solutions such as CyberArk
• Azure, VMC2 , or comparable hybrid infrastructure environments
• Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading legacy (.NET) application modernization, migration, or transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess complex environments and translate findings into actionable plans
• Demonstrated ability to define scope, manage dependencies, and drive end-to-end delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working within large, regulated enterprise environments preferred
