YAML-based Deployment Configuration Source control tools such as GitHub and/or Bitbucket Monitoring and logging platforms such as Dynatrace and Splunk Secrets management solutions such as CyberArk Azure, VMC2 , or comparable hybrid infrastructure environments Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence Qualifications
Proven experience leading legacy (.NET) application modernization, migration, or transformation initiatives Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess complex environments and translate findings into actionable plans Demonstrated ability to define scope, manage dependencies, and drive end-to-end delivery Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working within large, regulated enterprise environments preferred Top 3 Required Skills
