- Strong experience working within cloud environments, with exposure to or hands-on work in:

- CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders

- Infrastructure as Code experience (e.g., Terraform)
- Experience working in financial services or highly regulated environments
- Exposure to or involvement in AI implementation or integration initiatives
- Experience collaborating with offshore delivery partners

Role Overview
Insight Global is hiring for a Senior Full Stack Developer to support a major digital transformation initiative within a leading bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering, experience delivering within complex enterprise environments, and the ability to write high-quality code while collaborating effectively across distributed teams. This role will support a broader transformation effort aimed at modernizing the digital experience and improving responsiveness, operational efficiency, and business value delivery.
As part of this initiative, the engineering team is working within a modernizing cloud environment with growing emphasis on AWS, containerization, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.
