Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level full-stack applications.
- Build backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs .
- Develop responsive frontends using React and/or Angular .
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshoot application issues.
- Support application deployment, data migration, and system integration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile teams throughout the SDLC.
- Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and AODA compliance.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of enterprise application development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate .
- Hands‑on experience with React/Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript .
- Strong SQL and database experience with PostgreSQL, PL/pgSQL, Azure Cosmos DB .
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Azure Cloud .
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience with cloud‑native and internet‑facing applications.
- Knowledge of middleware, API Gateways, and integration services.
- Experience with Redis caching and Azure services.
- Knowledge of AODA/WCAG accessibility standards.
- Experience leading technical design sessions and code reviews.
