ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to design and build Java and Spring Boot services while maintaining supporting Angular frontend components.You will lead the transition toward domain-driven architecture, architect clean RESTful APIs, and work within cross-functional squads — with approximately *% of your time dedicated to server-side logic, performance, and system design.WHAT YOU WILL DODesign and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot;Build and maintain the supporting Angular frontend, ensuring a seamless connection between the UI and backend logic;Lead the transition from traditional database-centric designs toward a domain-driven structure (DDD);Architect RESTful APIs that prioritize proper HTTP verbs and clean, scalable patterns over legacy RPC styles;Work within cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality features while maintaining the cohesive and proactive spirit of the team.MUST HAVESAdvanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and a solid working knowledge of Angular, of at least 3 years;A strong grasp of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and software design patterns;Deep experience building and consuming RESTful services with a clear understanding of standard API protocols;Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and JPA/Hibernate;A passion for server-side logic, performance, and architecture;Upper-intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVESExperience working with spec-driven development or related (AI-Driven Software Development Life Cycle);Previous experience in the Loyalty or Fintech sectors;Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker);Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI);Experience refactoring legacy structures into modern, domain-driven architectures.PERKS AND BENEFITSProfessional growth: Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.Competitive compensation: USD-based pay with education, fitness, and team activity budgets.Exciting projects: Modern solutions with Fortune 500 and top product companies.Flextime: Flexible schedule with remote and office options.
