Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on Java development experience
- Expertise in React.js or modern front-end frameworks
- Experience building and supporting enterprise-grade full-stack applications
- Comfortable working across legacy and modern architectures
- Ability to work in a polyglot technology environment
- Exposure to AI/Agentic workflows and Python-based integrations
Preferred Experience:
- AI-assisted business workflows (OCR, document extraction, invoice validation, workflow automation)
- Agentic AI orchestration and enterprise AI integrations
- System integration, performance optimization, and application modernization
