Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer / Technical Lead to join a collaborative Agile team. The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer with strong leadership capabilities who thrives in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. This role requires hands-on technical expertise while working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA Engineers, and Developers to deliver scalable enterprise applications.
Required Qualifications-
8+ years of experience in Full Stack Java development with leadership responsibilities

Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment as a senior team member

Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot

Strong front-end development experience with Angular

Proven experience developing and consuming GraphQL APIs

Experience using GitLab, including merge requests, pull requests, and branch management

Hands-on experience with AWS, Kafka, and PostgreSQL

Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile development methodologies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA, and cross-functional engineering teams

Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor team members and drive technical decisions

Experience leading enterprise application development projects

Strong problem-solving and system design skills

Experience building scalable, cloud-native applications

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
