Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise web applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Node.js, and React.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and front-end applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive application modernization initiatives and contribute to cloud migration strategies.
• Review code, perform technical design reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Skills:

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and other DevOps platforms.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Support application deployments and release management activities
