- Self-learning product features and new technology frameworks based on aggressive targets.
- Act as a good technical team leader managing a minimum of 10 engineers and leads, being accountable for their deliveries.
- Act as a good RM managing the career of minimum 10 engineers and leads.
- Forecast, review, monitor and be responsible for the utilization of the team at the highest possible levels.
