Role overview:
We are looking for a Lead Engineer who can take end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives, drive solutions independently, and proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges. Looking for a Fullstack Mobile Engineer to build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using .NET MAUI and React, along with backend services in Node.js.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of projects and deliverables from design through production.
Act as a technical leader and mentor for the engineering team.
Independently analyze problems, research solutions, and make sound technical decisions.
Develop cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS) using .NET MAUI
Build and maintain APIs/services using Node.js
Work with React-based components where applicable
Collaborate with product and design teams
Debug and optimize app performance.
Requirements:
Experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills (React Native)
QSR Experience is Must
Backend experience with Node.js
Understanding of REST APIs and mobile app architecture
Experience with app deployment (App Store / Play Store)
Nice to have
Experience with state management (Redux, etc.)
CI/CD for mobile apps
Performance optimization and debugging tools
