Hiring Full Stack .NET Developer – C#, React, Azure/AWS

Job Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer / Software Engineer Level 2 with strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, React, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain scalable applications across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments while following modern software development and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and React.
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and web applications.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Develop and deploy solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Work with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps best practices.
- Troubleshoot application performance, security, and availability issues.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding and quality standards.
- Support cloud migration and hybrid architecture initiatives.
- Work with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to maintain secure application environments.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and automated defect tracking processes.
- Support compliance, risk assessment, audit, and disaster recovery requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with C# and .NET.
- Strong experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
- Experience with microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and scalable applications.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Experience working across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps preferred.
- Experience with SQL Server and/or MongoDB preferred.
- Azure Developer Associate or AWS Developer certification highly preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
