Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join a long-term strategic technology initiative. This role requires a true full-stack engineer with deep expertise in backend development using C#, F#, .NET, SQL Server, and integrations, complemented by strong Angular frontend experience.

The ideal candidate will be backend-focused, with substantial experience designing and building scalable enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and data-intensive systems. Candidates whose experience is primarily frontend-focused will not be a fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities Backend Development (.NET, APIs & Services)

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C#, F#, .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and SOAP services as required.

• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance application solutions.

• Implement and maintain unit testing using frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, and Moq.

• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

• Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

Integrations & Data Quality

• Build and maintain integrations that ingest, validate, normalize, and publish security and financial data.

• Implement robust data quality controls, validation rules, reconciliation workflows, and exception handling.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

• Troubleshoot production issues across data, services, and user interfaces.

• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement long-term corrective solutions.

Database Development & Performance Optimization

• Design and develop SQL Server database solutions, including:

  • Tables

  • Views

  • Stored Procedures

  • Functions

  • Indexes

• Optimize database performance through tuning and query optimization.

• Develop efficient business logic across both C# and SQL Server environments.

• Support data-intensive applications and high-volume transaction processing.

Frontend Development (Angular)

• Build responsive and scalable user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.

• Develop and maintain data-intensive UI components.

• Work with tools such as AG Grid and DevExpress.

• Ensure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design standards.

• Support and enhance legacy UI technologies when required, including jQuery.

Continuous Improvement & Delivery

• Manage work items and delivery tracking through Azure DevOps and Azure Boards.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development processes.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and engineering best practices.

• Continuously improve application reliability, performance, and development processes.

Required Qualifications Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Master's degree is a plus.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.

• Proven experience as a senior-level full-stack developer in enterprise environments.
