Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer

About the Client

Our client is a leading European medical technology software company that develops innovative healthcare solutions used by audiology professionals across Europe. They are expanding their engineering team and are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to help build and enhance mission-critical healthcare applications in a modern, AI-driven development environment.

Work Setup

• Location: Ortigas, Pasig
• Setup: Onsite during onboarding, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid setup based on performance
• Shift: Mid Shift (European business hours)

Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with an established European engineering team to build and maintain enterprise-scale healthcare software. You'll develop new features, improve existing systems, and leverage AI-assisted development tools while ensuring high-quality, reliable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET/C# and React
• Build and support enterprise-scale microservices running on Azure
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve development efficiency while ensuring code quality
• Perform code reviews and maintain high engineering standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with international teams through daily Agile ceremonies
• Improve existing systems and help manage technical debt

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Full Stack development experience (strong 5+ years may also be considered)
• Strong experience with .NET/C# and React
• Experience working with large-scale microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools as part of daily development
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work Mid Shift (European hours)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, fintech, or aviation
• Experience with software architecture and system design
• Experience maintaining and improving legacy systems
• Strong understanding of software quality and best practices
