Contract Length: 6 months - Conversion to a FTE
NOTE: Need candidates with strong exp in P&C Insurance (MUST)
Experience Level:
Strong Lead/Staff Engineer/Principal
Strong Lead/Staff Engineer/Principal
Mandatory Insurance Experience:
- Deep knowledge of the
Insurance value chain, particularly from
submission through policy issuance, including
quoting and binding processes. - Strong knowledge of
specialty insurance products,
especially:- Excess Casualty
- Professional Liability
- Medical Liability
- Products Liability
- Contractors Liability

- Experience in
Actuarial Reserving is highly preferred.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong Full Stack Engineering experience with
.NET and
React, with deep backend expertise. - Architectural mindset with proven experience designing scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, gather requirements, estimate features, create technical artifacts, develop solutions, deliver user stories, and lead development teams.
- Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Azure cloud services. - AI SDLC experience is required.
- Preferred experience implementing
Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft technologies and tools.
