Full Stack .NET Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional, hands-on Full Stack .NET Technical Lead to spearhead the development, delivery, and scaling of our enterprise-level systems. In this high-impact role, you will act as the core technical anchor, managing the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and coordinating cross-border execution. You will bridge the gap between clients, stakeholders, and an elite offshore developer team. This role demands a unique combination of strong technical architecture vision, an analytical mindset to perform root-cause analysis on complex issues, deep technical mastery—spanning cutting edge modern platforms like .NET 10, Angular, and React, alongside legacy systems like WCF— and robust cross-cultural project leadership. Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Enterprise System Delivery: Drive the architectural vision, technical design, and end-to end delivery of a highly scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant enterprise-level system.
  
• Offshore Resource Management: Serve as the primary engineering lead for offshore development resources; assign tasks, manage delivery velocity, enforce code quality, and remove technical blockers across time zones.
• Technical SDLC Enforcement: Champion engineering excellence by establishing strict Git workflows, code review protocols, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing standards across both onshore and offshore teams.
• Feature Architecture & Root Cause Analysis: Formulate long-term technical architecture visions, conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on complex system anomalies, and design scalable, forward-looking feature architectures for future platform expansions.

Full Stack Engineering & Project Coordination

• Hands-on Development: Write clean, testable, enterprise-grade code across the entire stack, utilizing .NET 10 (C#) for high-performance backend microservices and React/Angular for dynamic, real-time enterprise dashboards.

• BAU Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Lead Business-As-Usual (BAU) maintenance support, complex issue troubleshooting, and end-to-end bug fixing to ensure the continuous
  operational stability and optimal performance of production systems.
• Bilingual Client Coordination: Act as the primary technical liaison between local business clients and offshore development squads. Conduct technical requirements gathering, sprint planning, and status alignment seamlessly in both English and Chinese.
• Database & Integration Engineering: Optimize high-transaction relational databases and real-time data streaming architectures, ensuring data integrity, minimal latency, and optimal
  query performance.
• Project Management Execution: Track deliverables, manage technical risk dependencies, align sprint goals with client timelines, and ensure transparent progress reporting throughout the entire SDLC.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Technical Stack & SDLC Mastery

• Experience: Minimum of 7–10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level software systems through all phases of the SDLC.
• Backend Expertise: Master-level knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem, with explicit experience in modern platforms (.NET 10, .NET Core) as well as historical enterprise architectures (WCF, SOAP/REST APIs).
• Frontend Expertise: Solid full-stack proficiency with hands-on production experience building complex, responsive single-page applications using modern frameworks (Angular and/or React).
• Domain Experience: Prior background working with large-scale enterprise applications, distributed systems, high-concurrency models, or real-time event-driven messaging pipelines is highly preferred.
• Data Layer: Strong experience with enterprise database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL), advanced performance tuning, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework Core, Dapper).
• Architecture & Troubleshooting: Clear technical architecture vision with a demonstrated ability to logically isolate complex issue root causes, manage BAU defect resolution, and design resilient, clean new feature specifications.

Leadership & Communication Requirements

• Bilingual Fluency (Mandatory): Absolute professional fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) to confidently present architectural choices to clients and
  coordinate daily with Chinese-speaking offshore engineering teams.
• Offshore Management: Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and evaluating offshore technical resources, ensuring operational alignment and high-quality deliverables.
• Project Management Skills: Competency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint estimation, scope management, and utilizing collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical or quantitative discipline.
