We are looking to expand our roster with a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-focused) located in Latin America to join a client-facing team through a staff augmentation engagement. This role requires 构强后端专业知识 , while collaborating across the full stack to support scalable, high-performance systems.
The ideal candidate has solid experience building backend services, APIs, and data-driven systems, and can work closely bolarfrontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
We are looking for:
- 6+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
- Strong hands‑on experience with Node.js and/or Python in production environments
- Experience with React and Next.js
- Proficiency with TypeScript
- Solid experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
- Proven experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based environments
- Strong understanding of backend scalability, performance optimization, and observability
- Ability to take ownership of backend systems and work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to have:
- Background in Healthcare , ERP, or regulated industries
- Experience working on high‑traffic or consumer‑facing platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
