Lead Full-Stack PHP Developer: Warehouse Management System

Role Overview
As the Lead Full-Stack PHP Developer, you will:
- Take ownership of our partially built warehouse management system and drive its continued development.
- Integrate and optimize Amazon SP-API functionalities, including order management, inventory tracking, and shipping workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the project owner to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and eventually lead a growing team of developers as the project expands.
Key Responsibilities
- System Continuation & Development: Take charge of continuing development of our already partially built system, implementing new features and ensuring smooth operation.
- Amazon SP-API Integration: Leverage Amazon's REST-based SP-API to automate and streamline warehouse operations, with hands-on experience in integrating SP-API endpoints like /fba/inbound/v0/shipments.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance system performance to handle high transaction volumes and ensure smooth scaling.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Leadership: Take initiative in code reviews, best practices, and eventually lead a team of developers as the project scales.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in full-stack web app development.
Technical Skills:
- Backend: Advanced proficiency in PHP (Laravel preferred).
- Frontend: Strong experience with React.js.
- Backend Services: Proficiency in Node.js.
- API Integration: Hands-on experience with Amazon's SP-API, including authentication via Login with Amazon (LWA), and familiarity with endpoints such as /fba/inbound/v0/shipments.
- Database: Expertise in MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Version Control: Proficient with Git and GitHub workflows.
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead development initiatives.
