Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Full Stack Developer. You will support the development and enhancement of an advanced AI-enabled workflow automation platform tailored for insurance operations. This position involves designing scalable enterprise applications focused on intelligent document ingestion, automation, and policy servicing, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge financial technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise workflow applications utilizing modern frontend and backend technologies
- Create and improve operational UI experiences for internal business users
- Develop and integrate APIs to support workflow automation and document processing pipelines
- Support document ingestion, OCR, parsing, and data transformation processes
- Work with both structured and unstructured data sources
- Collaborate closely with architects, delivery teams, QA, and business stakeholders
- Contribute to building scalable and maintainable application architectures
- Participate in Agile delivery activities within a fast-paced, enterprise environment
Desired Skill-Set
- Proven full-stack development experience
- Backend development proficiency in Python
- Experience with Angular or comparable modern frontend frameworks
- API integration expertise in enterprise applications
- Background in developing workflow-driven software solutions
- Strong understanding of operational UX/UI principles
- Experience with OCR, document parsing, or document processing pipelines
- Data transformation and normalization expertise
- Ability to work effectively with structured and unstructured data sources
Nice to Have
- Industry experience in insurance or financial services
- Support experience for policy servicing or workflow automation platforms
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflow solutions
- Familiarity with Azure cloud environment deployment and management
