Job Summary
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Python Engineer on behalf of our client in Charlotte, NC / Irving, TX. This position is ideal for an experienced software engineer who enjoys developing enterprise-grade automation solutions, cloud-native applications, and scalable full-stack systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in modernizing infrastructure operations through automation while building robust backend services and intuitive user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.

Build scalable backend applications and services using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React and related frontend technologies.

Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments.

Contribute to CI/CD implementation, DevOps initiatives, and software delivery best practices.

Support cloud-native application development and deployment using containerized platforms.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering.

5+ years of hands-on Python development experience using Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.

4+ years of frontend development experience with React.

3+ years of experience working in Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps environments.

2+ years of experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.

Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Cloud Foundry.

Strong understanding of software engineering principles, application architecture, and system design.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
