Full Stack React Java Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with strong backend Java expertise and React experience to join a high-performing engineering team. This role is primarily backend-focused (75% Java / 25% React) and requires someone with strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and experience building scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and React.
• Plan and support large-scale distributed application deployments and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application integration, performance testing, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical support.
• Design and implement automated deployment, release management, and change management solutions.
• Participate in Agile development practices and code reviews.

Must Have

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java 11+.
• Experience with React (Java/React ratio approximately 75/25).
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with development tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Jira.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
